Kersy Azocar is the President and CEO of Greenline Access Capital and has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. For 13 years she worked at a Philadelphia-based Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), where she managed a microlending department with a national scope, closing over 1,600 loans and disbursing $6 Million dollars.
In 2021, Kersy worked as Project Manager of the Pennsylvania COVID-19 Hospitality Industry Recovery Program (CHIRP), a $17 million-dollar grant program created by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to support businesses in the hospitality industry. The program was managed by the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation.
Originally from the Dominican Republic, Kersy prides herself on being able to address the needs of emerging and existing entrepreneurs, while maintaining a strategic vision for the organization’s strength and sustainability.
Jonathan Rollins is the Chief Operating Officer at Greenline Access Capital where he provides strategic and operational support to staff and Executive Leadership. He joined forces with President and CEO, Kersy Azocar, before the initial launch of Greenline Access Capital and has supported her in defining the mission, vision, and roadmap to becoming a certified CDFI and established microlender in the Philadelphia Region. Jonathan Rollins is also a Nonprofit Consultant serving other CDFIs and emerging CDFIs in enhancing microlending operations and building effective methods to measure programmatic outcomes and impact. Prior to becoming a nonprofit Consultant, Jonathan was the Chief Operating Officer of FINANTA, a CDFI in Philadelphia, and has over 15 years of experience in the fields of microlending and financial inclusion.
Roxanna has more than 15 years of experience working in the economic development industry. In her role at Greenline, she also provides direct technical assistance to clients, with a core emphasis on the development of a business budget and financial projections. The approach and techniques used by Roxanna have proven to be extremely effective when working with small businesses and, in particular, with immigrant entrepreneurs.
Prior to working at Greenline, Roxanna worked at a Philadelphia-based CDFI for over 11 years, as an AVP of Microlending. During her time as a loan officer, she consistently exceeded her productivity goals, closing over 100 loans each year, and managing the largest portfolio with the highest repayment rates. Roxanna joined Greenline in March 2022 and is originally from the Dominican Republic.
Gleidys has over 20 years of experience in the financial services field. She works closely with each client to ensure they are connected to in-house and third-party resources needed to implement an Entrepreneurial Action Plan and grow their business. This involves providing direct business consulting as well as making referrals.
Gleidys connects Greenline clients to grants for their businesses; with her assistance, 140 grants totaling $2.4 million from various federal, state and city programs have benefited our clients. In addition, 12 clients received $1.7 million in Emergency Loans from the SBA.
Gleidys joined Greenline in July 2022 and is originally from the Dominican Republic. She has extensive experience in customer service, quality control, foreclosure prevention, and loan servicing, in addition to a strong background in legal support services.
Bertha has over ten years of experience in the financial services sector in Philadelphia and Latin America, where she developed various micro-loan and peer lending programs. In addition, Bertha has extensive experience developing and managing other social programs, in the housing, education, and humanitarian sectors.
Bertha is originally from Mexico and joined Greenline in 2025. She works directly with loan applicants, supporting the underwriting process, as well as grant applications. She also provides support for special organizational projects.
Benjamin Centeno is the Controller at Greenline Access Capital, where he leads the accounting/finance department. He has over twenty years of non-profit accounting experience with various non-profits in the Philadelphia area. He is a native Philadelphian with parents from Puerto Rico. Benjamin joined Greenline Access Capital in July 2025.
Indah has nearly twenty years of experience working in the local CDFI sector. Prior to joining Greenline, she served as Associate Director for Advisory Services at one CDFI, and as the refugee savings manager at another. In the latter, she helped hundreds of refugees from some 48 countries achieve their asset-building goals, and her program was recognized as the most successful refugee savings program in the nation. Originally from Indonesia, Indah joined Greenline Access Capital in March of 2026.
Alix is a highly technical Applications/Network Analyst with 15 years of professional experience in Windows and Mac Administration, SQL Programming using SQL/Reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong iManage and SCCM experience.
Alix is the President and co-founder of Compuhelp LLC, a company that provides technology services to various business, including the for profit and nonprofit sectors. He possesses an innate passion for information technology and its potential to help businesses achieve their goals. Alix is constantly exploring new technologies and finding ways to apply them in innovative ways.
A Multiplatform-IT professional, Alix has the unique capacity to translate technology-speak into business conversation. In the past, he was a technology director for two distinguished Philadelphia non-profits.
